   OK I’ve seen a little of everything. If you want to impress guys they seem to like the tight jeans tight slightly long shirt with longer undershirt and most guys per fer straight shiny hair. The whole makeup thing to put it plain and simple just don’t put to much or make it to dark and don’t worry about what other people think of you believe me its better to be itself and get to be Friends with people who care about who you are not how you dress.

   well i think the most important thing is to read magazines such as “sixteen” or “vogue” and really find outfits that fits who you are and that you love and will feel comfortable in.
   but some sites that i love are… (for HAIR) (cute accessories)
   and i love love Brass Plum at nordstroms.

   for pre teens abercrombie is so in. im 13 so i know. for hair keep it natural with a low side ponytail. if you have wavy and frizzy hair i suggest to use an anti frizz. ill give some links

   For ACTUAL fashion, I would say Forever 21 & Wet Seal. They have cute stuff for good prices For hair, I use de-frizz, even if your hair isn’t frizzy, it still makes it look sleek and smooth. Also use Got 2 B Shine Spray. It INSTANTLY makes your hair shiny!
   For makeup, I use Smashbox. It’s a bit more expensive, but it’s worth it. You don’t want to be wearing cheap stuff. Another good makeup brand is MAC. I’ve never tried it, but I hear it’s also good.
   For my face, I use Clinique. It’s somewhat expensive but it works AMAZINGLY! Get the 3 step face wash thing and the exfoliating scrub. It makes your skin look and feel smoother and better.
   To maintain good fashion, buy fashion magazines, and teen magazines. Fashion magazines, to look through and see what people are wearing nowadays, and just because they use the designer clothes, doesn’t mean you have to. A lot of cheaper stores get styles liek that too. And Teen magazines because, usually the preteen girls such as Miley Cyrus have great fashion sense!
   And to be fashionable, doesn’t mean wearing what other people wear all the time. It’s taking the new fashions, using them, and adding your own stuff to it So add stuff like accessories like, bangles, long necklaces, or for low-cut shirts, nice silver necklaces.
